Quality
We design our beads using the highest quality of materials available.

Silver:

• Sterling silver beads and chains are stamped 925 (92.5% silver).
• If the silver is not stamped, then it is silver plated.
  

Beads
Most of the large hole beads (similar to the typical Pandora beads) used in my bracelets have sterling silver middles that are stamped 925.  If they are not stamped, then they are silver plated.  Most beads are glass, however, there are some very creative beads that are made out of clay or wood.  Whatever the bracelet is made of, it will be noted in the description.

• Bali Beads – We purchase only handmade Bali beads because their quality is much more superior, giving more value to your jewelry.  These beads have indicate designs and come in a large variety of shapes and sizes.  They are not stamped or designated as sterling because they usually have less than 92.5% silver content.
• Swarovski Crystals – These are the highest quality crystals on the market today, beautiful and sparkling.
• Pandora – Authentic Pandora beads are “always” stamped ALE 925 on one side of the sterling silver middle and Pandora on the other side.  Bracelets are stamped ALE 925 inside the clasp.  When you have a Pandora bracelet on your wrist people are going to stare, ooh and awe, and they’ll know that you are wearing over $1,000, maybe even $2,000 with that Pandora bracelet.  But only you can answer the question, is it really worth it.  Many of my clients purchase several different bracelets so they can wear with different outfits, and still have money left over to help other families that are really in need during these economically stressful times.
• Artisan Beads – These are handcrafted beads by highly skilled artisans.  Each one unique and usually made of glass, purchased and made in the United States.
• Lampwork Beads – Also handcrafted beads, usually made of glass.  Each one unique as to the artisan who created it.  Usually the artisan will put their bead on a 925 sterling silver core.  These beads come in all sizes, and usually a little wider than the Pandora, Murano and European beads.
• Murano & European Beads – These beads are not as unique as Artisan or Lampwork beads, but still very beautiful and made of high quality glass for strength.

Charms
We usually have the ability to change a charm, i.e., a dolphin, dice, frog, etc.  When ordering, please send us an email with a charm request.  Each additional charm is $10.00.  We will send you a picture of the charm before finalizing the order.

Bracelets
Many of the bracelets you see on this site are of average size of 7.5″.  You may request a smaller or larger size.  However, these are custom fitted bracelets.  Contact us for the size you would like.  We shall send you a Paypal request for a non-refundable deposit which will be half the cost of the original bracelet.  The other half, plus shipping is due when the bracelet is completed. Please contact us with the size in inches that you need. Usually it takes a week to get the bracelet ready for shipping, and in some cases longer. We will keep you informed on the progress or if there are any delays.

Repairs
If your bracelet needs repair (open links, broken clasp), please return it to us within 60 days of purchase, along with your receipt, and we will gladly repair it free of charge (excluding shipping and handling charges).  This does not apply to lost or broken beads or charms.

I have spent hours and hours searching for Artisans that make their own glass beads.  Although I can get my clients authentic Pandora chains and beads, many of today’s Lampwork and Artisan beads are just as beautiful, but even more unique and creative!  With this in mind, designs of handcrafted jewelry are limitless.  Whatever you can imagine, can just about be created and made into a work of art, a unique and cherished gift to someone or an expression of you.  We encourage you to look at our designs and if you would like us to create something for you, please feel free to contact us.

Sterling Silver Facts:

• Sterling silver will tarnish.
• Sterling silver is a metal consisting of at least 92.5% PURE silver and 7.5% of other metals.
• Silver tarnishes as part of a natural chemical process that occurs when it is exposed to chemicals in our environment, including the air around us.  Other common elements that will cause your silver to tarnish quickly are wool, rubber bands and latex gloves.  Therefore, it is recommended that you try to avoid contact with these type of materials with your silver jewelry.  Additionally, humid environments can accelerate tarnishing.

Preventative Maintenance:

• Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, such as chlorine, cosmetics, perfume, and hair spray.
• Let your sterling silver jewelry be the last thing you put on and the first thing you remove.
• Do not wear bracelets while washing dishes, swimming, bathing or cleaning house.
• Keep silver jewelry in non-tarnish cloth or in a zip lock bag when not being worn.
• Washing with mild dish soap and warm water can be an easy way to prevent tarnishing, but please dry completely prior to storing.
• Never use tarnish removing liquids or gels on bracelets.

Measurement Instructions:

• For a nice secure fit, measure your wrist at its broadest point, not tight.
• If you prefer your bracelets to roll over your hand, measure at the more broader part near the corner of your thumb, or where you like to wear your bracelets.
• Once you have taken the measurement, add at least one inch to allow room for the large beads.
• Please note, when ordering a Pandora bracelet, many of the snake chains are already pre-sized.  They come in sizes of 6.1″, 6.7″, 7.1″, 7.5″, 7.9″, 8.3″ and 9.1″.

Resizing:

• If you special ordered a bracelet to a specific length, and your bracelet does not fit properly, return it to us within 15 days of purchase along with a copy of your receipt and we will resize it for free, one time only.  This excludes shipping and handling charges.

Please note, we are not responsible for shipping or mail delays.  All orders will be sent from our offices Priority Mail USPS insured and with signature request.  Also not responsible for out of stock orders, or mistakes in the website.  We try to keep it updated as best we can.  We only ship within the United States and Canada.  Shipping to Canada, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii is extra.
